Admissions at Birmingham Graduate School, UK.

Birmingham Graduate School has a supportive admissions team, who are ready to help, support and facilitate prospective students through the admissions process.

Our team consists of our admissions counsellors and admissions assistants.

Once a student has made an application they will be assigned an admissions counsellor, who will be their dedicated person of contact within the admissions team to help and guide students through the process while also being able to answer any questions about the programmes.

Our admissions assistants work tirelessly to ensure all new applications are processed and verified that all entry requirements are met, while always ensuring a response time of 48 hours to all new applications. They also work with the programme, module leaders and student support teams to update about new students and any special requirements that may need to be put in place.

All members of our admissions team, work in a transparent and honest manner ensuring that all processes are followed in accordance to National and Government Agencies.

Unlike traditional Universities we accept enquires and applications throughout the year, however we would recommend applications are made two months prior to the chosen intake to avoid disappointment.

Your offer:
If you are made an offer for your chosen course, you will initially receive a conditional offer letter. This offer maybe subject to conditions set out by BGS, any such conditions will be stated on the conditional offer letter.

After receiving the conditional offer, students are then asked to process their tuition fee payments. Upon receipt of these payments an unconditional is issued to a student, confirming their seat on a chosen programme.
