There are numerous ways in which you are able to apply to study with Birmingham Graduate School, it is all about the most convenient way for you.
Four times a year we conduct open days, during this event students are able to make their application direct with the admissions team. If you have missed these or if you are unable to attend there are more than welcome to come into the campus any time to make your application and have the opportunity to sit down with one of our admissions counsellors.
However the quickest and easiest way to apply would be by making an online application. You can download all application forms required from our website and fill them in at your own pace.
If you choose this option, you must also send across copies of all you documents so our admissions assistants are able to verify your eligibility for your chosen programme.

The following supporting documents will be required in order to process your application:
• Completed Birmingham Graduate School application form – Downloadable Version
• Completed University of Wales application form – Downloadable Version
• Copies of any previous qualifications - certificates and transcripts
• Employer reference letters
• Your curriculum vitae (CV)
• A statement of purpose, this is a letter stating your reasons for applying to study your chosen course
International students ONLY:
• All the above - please note documents should be in English or translated into English
• IELTS Certificate - Overall score of 6.5 with a minimum of 5.5 in all bands
• Copies of current visa
All overseas students should ensure their documents are stamped to confirm the originals have been verified, by either a BGS representative, Notary or British Council.
