III) MICROSOFT - All Helpdesk/1st line Job Roles covered  – Week  3

   1. Active Directory - useradd and Deletion
   2. File server and Group Permissions
   3. Adding Network Printer
   4. Remote Trouble shooting - Dameware
   5. Exchange server and Outlook client config


IV) ROUTER & SWITCH MANAGEMENT – Practical   – Week  4

   1. Architecture, Accessbility of Devices
   2. Management - IOS Upgradation and Password recovery
   3. STP concept
   4. VLANs - Concept and Practical
   5. Routing Basic - Static
