This is specifically for team leaders and team managers, to help develop the art of time management. This is a vital skill for all managers to possess and this module help trainees learn to prioritise and cope with day to day activities.

Motivational Training
This module has been designed for middle management staff to harness their team's skills and motivation in order to maximise output.

Business Plan Writing and Report Writing
