This programme is suitable for all customer facing roles. It is designed to give participants the understanding and knowledge to maximise their customer relation effectiveness.

Understanding Customer Needs, Meeting Customers Expectations, Handling Difficult Customers, Internal and External Customers, Customer Retention, Acquisition of High-value Customers
Communication Skills
This programme has been designed to help people understand the importance of effective communication in the workplace.
Subjects covered:
Effective Verbal and Non-verbal Communication, Interpersonal skills, Effective Team Communication, the Art of the Business Meeting
International Communication Skills
This programme has been designed with the International Market in mind, with the global market growing and the requirement to engage on a multi-national platform it is important that communication is adapted to the market requirements.
This is delivered as two separate 1 day programmes.
Day 1:
Overview of Business Communication. Effective Written Communication.
Day 2:
Verbal and Non- Verbal Communication, Interpersonal Skills, Conference Calls, Effective Listening Skills
If required, we do also deliver a 2 day programme in Voice and Accent Training (this would be an additional programme)
Team Building
This is suitable for all levels of staff in all fields. The focus is on the importance of team- work and an individual's role in a team.
