Recreation Facilities at Birmingham Graduate School, UK.

Our students lead busy, fulfilled lives but there is still some time to relax over a meal with friends or have fun playing pool in the large Student Canteen which has fascinating city views. This area has been designed for students to take a rest bite from their study in a relaxed environment.

The canteen has the capacity to seat hundreds of students and is the venue for BGS social events such as birthday, exam finish and Christmas parties. Drinks and food vending machines are there for the convenience of students who want a snack throughout the day.

The Student Canteen notice board keeps students informed of part-time jobs, internships, free training courses which we offer to students who need to improve their skills.

We also have other recreational events at the College which is all run and delivered by our social events committee, ensuring that at least once per quarter there are social events/activities for students to participate in.

We also have well developed relationships with local business to ensure our students are able to take full use of any students discount or promotions which may be available to them, in some instances we have special arrangements where promotions or discount are purely for BGS students to take advantage of.
